Sadaf is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women's Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She provides evidence-based care for women and individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related and postnatal conditions, as well as a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Sadaf is committed to delivering personalised, patient-centred care that supports long-term health and wellbeing. She combines detailed clinical assessment with hands-on treatment techniques, including manual therapy and dry needling, alongside tailored exercise rehabilitation programs. Her goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, improve function, and help patients confidently return to their daily activities.

With experience treating neck pain, back pain, joint conditions, and women's health concerns, Sadaf works collaboratively with each patient to develop individualised treatment plans that reflect their goals and lifestyle. She believes in empowering patients through education and practical strategies, helping them better understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery journey.
